The Purpose

Futrprüf exists to answer a modern challenge: How do you build human-centered systems in an AI-accelerated world?

You move fast. You face complexity, from compliance to onboarding and culture.

Futrprüf translates that complexity into infrastructure that’s clear, strategic, and emotionally intelligent. Because thriving teams aren’t built by algorithms alone. Futrprüf supports early-stage growth through:

• Compliance translation across jurisdictions

• Onboarding that reflects your values

• First-hire support that fosters trust, clarity, belonging

Whether you're forming your first LLC or refining your tenth role - Futrprüf meets you where you are, and builds with you toward what’s next.

The Founder

Hi, I'm Jess Iankowitz, a passionate systems architect disguised as a People Operations strategist. With a master’s in human resource management from Georgetown University and ISO 9001 Lead Implementer certification, I’ve spent over a decade helping organizations scale with integrity—designing infrastructure that holds both complexity and care.

My work spans Global Fortune 500 companies across 30+ countries, where I’ve built bias firewalls, choreographed performance architectures, and mapped culture as code. I specialize in aligning operational rigor with emotional intelligence—so systems don’t just perform, they sustain.

I founded Futrprüf to meet a growing need: as businesses evolve at speed, their people systems must evolve with them. Futrprüf helps organizations build scaffolding that supports scale and the humans powering it.

Rooted in Ubuntu— “I am because we are”—I help companies reengage their core stakeholders: their people. Because without empathy, structure may stand—but it won’t hold. Architecture is stewardship. What we build matters, and so does who it’s built to carry.
